OOC permissions

backtagging Yes! My tagging can be a bit sporadic at times so I love backtagging. However, threads that are over a month old or have stopped moving forward are likely to be dropped. In these cases I always try to give a heads up first.
threadhopping Sure. As long as all parties are okay with it.
fourthwalling Mentioning that Steve stars in some comic books is fine, as that is canon in his own universe. However, I'd like to avoid all other forms of fourthwalling.
off-limits Nada.

IC permissions

physical contact Steve is largely okay with this, especially if he knows the other party and has a good relationship with them. He can be very tactile around friends and people he cares about. Romantically, he takes his time and is the definition of slow burn. Flirting and/or kissing him is fine, just don't expect to have the attention returned unless there's some build-up there.
mental contact He has no guards against telepathy/any type of mind control/suggestion. If you're in need of any additional information to make this work just let me know.
fighting/injury Yes! I'm fine with him being injured and he can handle himself in a fight just fine. I'm a little slower with action tags, but I enjoy getting him to bond with others through sparring.
death Ask me first! I'm generally okay with it, but I like plotting those things out.
